What we offer
- 10 week courses running 2 days a week or 7 week courses running 3-4 days a week

- Upskill and re-train with over 40 online modules, which are accessible for you to complete 24/7

Our courses include:
- 121 mentoring and support from a Springboard employability specialist
- Online modules, with a range of certificates including: Customer Service, Food Safety Level 2, Licensing, Cocktails, Wine and Coffee
- Live group training: Confidence & Assertiveness, CV Development, Interview Skills, Transferable Skills, Guest Speakers
- Interview practice with employers

- A member of our team will call you to check that our support is right for you, and offer you a course that will suit your needs
- You will then be given a start date for your course, and will also receive a logon to FLOW, our online training platform

- You must be unemployed or inactive
- Places are available to people in South East Cornwall, please visit the website to check the list of eligible postcodes
- You must have the right to work in the UK and/or Ireland, be aged 15 or over and are currently unemployed
- You will need access to a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC to access the support

The funding is to help specific postcodes in the South & East Cornwall CLLD area. Please complete the expression of interest form below. We will check your postcode and if you are not eligible for this particular programme we will talk to you about other opportunities.
