Flexercise Class in Lostwithiel
This fun and friendly, low-impact exercise class consists of ladies of all ages and abilities.
The classes provide an opportunity to exercise and stretch your body in an enjoyable, refreshing and fun way. The classes are held in relaxed atmosphere with exercise to music - helping you to achieve the ‘core control’ so essential for good body posture and good balance.
The hour-long class concentrates on stretching, strengthening and toning every part of your body, working at your own pace. We are all over the age of 50 and many are a decade or two more!
