Tuning into the rhythm of your breath, the power of your mind & the natural flow of your movements...

Do you know how your body, breath and mindset responds to stressful situations?

Have you noticed repeated patterns in how you think, move or breathe when you feel stressed?

Where does all this stress reside within you?

Join Elaine for this relaxed practical workshop where we will tune into the power of our breath to invite movement in our body and flow to our thoughts.

Through guided breath work exercises, and  informal movement explorations, we'll explore how we can find positive, kind and affective solutions to the above questions.

Elaine invites you to join this workshop with gentle playfulness and curiosity, encouraging you to discover and embrace your own breath, movement and mindset.

Please note: this workshop does involve some physical movement. Please be aware of your body and use  good judgement on what you can or cannot do. You can absolutely sit out any of the practical exercises if wanted.

Please wear comfortable clothing, have a drink at hand, and bring along a notepad and pen for some journal prompts!

You will NOT be on camera or mic, but you can chat with Elaine, Hayley & Stacie and ask questions in the chatbox throughout the live workshop.
