iCareiMove COVID19 Support
iCareiMove deliver evidence-based movement, exercises and activities to help you manage a variety of health conditions and wellness from your own home. We are inviting parents, grandparents, elderly neighbours and those with underlying health conditions to join our community space.
We are delivering wellbeing and stress reduction tips online, sharing exercise videos and inviting people online for a virtual cup of tea. We are raring to go and look forward to you joining us for falls and strength classes on-line using ZOOM, Facebook live, Skype and Instagram platforms.
