I know trying to find solutions to reduce stress can be overwhelming. I offer a unique blend of Mindfulness, Creative Art Therapies and Root-Cause Therapy to heal limiting beliefs, reduce the effect of past trauma and empower you to regain control over your life. Asking for help is the first step and you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach is bespoke. I create holistic programmes tailored around the person that you are and guide you to become the person you want to be. From one-to-ones to group activities, you can choose what works best for you.

- Every Thursday at 10am to 12 noon
- £10 per session recommended but will accept donation.

- 4th Tuesday of the month at 2pm to 4pm.

Carnon Downs Village Hall in either the meeting room or new hall, at 13:30pm to 16:30pm
- Wednesdays: 25/5, 05/6, 19/6, 26/6 all in Meeting room
