The Clothes Horse : Helping families in Cornwall clothe their children sustainably
In 2016, mother of four Chantal Shears founded The Clothes Horse to ease the financial burden on families in Cornwall and to address the environmental impact of the clothing industry, by offering pre-loved children's clothes.
All the clothes in our welcoming shop space are available to swap or you can pay however much you like by making a donation in store.
We only offer high-quality children's clothing, in good condition. You can take and give back items as many times as you like!
How does it work?
Simply come in and swap your good conditioned clothes for clothing in the shop.
Or you can join our monthly membership scheme or choose to donate whatever sum you like in store.
