Yoga Classes for Wellbeing

Yoga by the Sea (St Agnes) - Drop in sessions!

Join me this summer at Down Quay Gardens, overlooking Trevaunance Cove for a warming, nurturing yoga flow in the great outdoors!   Suitable for those with some yoga experience.

Yoga Classes held at:

MMI St Agnes

  • Mondays at 10:30am - Yoga for Beginners
  • Tuesdays at 10am and 11:30am  - Chair Yoga

Chacewater Village Hall

  • Fridays at 9:30am  - Yoga for Beginners
  • Fridays at 10:45am - Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga - 6 week course

A joyful, gentle class to build strength and mobility.  This is a seated class, with the invitation to join in with some standing poses, using the chair for support.  Each session will include gentle stretches, breathing exercises and mindfulness practice.  Beginner welcome.

Yoga for Beginners - 6 week course

Join me as we explore the foundations of yoga, including yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation in a relaxed and friendly setting.  Perfect for those at the beginning of their yoga journey.

You will recieve a friendly and warm welcome.

Cost

For yoga by the sea are £10 drop in ticket, or £18 for a 4 week block booking.
